Potato pancakes
Made mainly from grated potato, wheat flour and fresh egg, delicately embellished with spices and aromatic plants, our pancakes are an integral part of our Alsatian Culinary Heritage. This product is suitable for a vegetarian diet.
Brown the pancakes in the oven for a few minutes, or in a pan with or without fat. They are also excellent in summer, to grill on the barbecue.
